Bogard Press VBS Blog - VBS 2023 Promotional Materials

You have done all the planning for your Vacation Bible School: teachers have been selected and given resources, volunteers have their skit books, game books, craft books and music books to prepare to lead children, and decorators have started planning how to convert the church buildings to Proclamation Safari Park. Now, how do you get people to attend? Consider using the promotional materials provided by Bogard Press.

Vinyl Banner – Our weather-resistant vinyl banner is five feet long and three feet high. You can customize the banners with information about your VBS and place them around town to advertise to the public.

Community Yard Sign – Our corrugated yard sign is 24” wide and 20” tall and comes with the metal stake. Signs can be customized by church members with your VBS information and placed in their yards all over town.

Publicity Flyers – Our customizable flyers are 5.5” by 8.5” but come in perforated letter-sized sheets (8.5” x 11”). You can print on the flyers and send them out into the community to advertise your upcoming VBS.

Doorknob Hangers – Our doorknob hangers are 4.25” by 9.5” and can be customized with all the information needed to advertise your upcoming VBS. Take a few Saturdays before-hand and ask church members to blitz their neighborhoods hanging these advertisements on the door handles of homes.

Postcards and Publicity Posters – Postcards can be mailed to entire communities with information about your VBS and our 19” by 13” posters can be customized for your VBS and hung all over town.

Bulletin Covers – A good way to remind church members of the upcoming VBS is to use our Proclamation Safari Park bulletin covers on Sundays leading up to VBS. This colorful bulletin cover will prompt excitement from the church and get everyone geared up for Vacation Bible School.

Be creative and get the word out about your Vacation Bible School! You never know how your efforts will work to bring people to a place where they can hear the gospel!
