Bogard Press Complete Curriculum
Bogard Press offers different materials for churches with different age groups. We understand that finding the right material is important to you. We strive to always be true to God’s Word and are proud of the complete Curriculum that we produce.
Second Timothy 2:15 tells us not only to study God’s Word but to rightly divide it! All Bogard Press’ curriculum leads Chrisitan participants into a deeper knowledge and relationship with the Lord. Bogard Press Curriculum is perfect for groups of any size, even for individual study.
All Curriculum uses the King James Version of the Bible.
Sunday School:
Adult Through-The-Bible Sunday School Series is on a ten-year schedule taking adult Bible students through the entire Bible. This study produces growth in knowledge and firmness on the entirety of God’s Word helping adults better understand God inspired Scripture. Different products include Adult Study Guide, Large Print Adult Study Guide, Adult Lesson Commentary, Daily Devotionals, Adult Downloadable Resources, and the Spanish Adult Study Guide. The Adult Study Guide contains discussion questions and lesson commentary which help the student grow in God’s Word.
Young Adult Through-The-Bible Sunday School Series is for ages 18-35, While still on a ten-year Schedule, there is a focus on young adult lives and applications. They will gain knowledge and firmness in the entirety of God’s Word helping them better understand God inspired Scripture. The Young Adult Study Guide is on pace with the Adult Study Guide and Teen Study Guide so different age groups in your church will learn similar Scripture at the same time. The Young Adult Study Guide contains discussion questions and lesson commentary applicable for the young adult students.
Teen Through-The-Bible Sunday School series is for ages 13-18. The writing is catered more toward high school and junior high Bible students understanding and applications to help teens better understand and apply God’s Word. They will gain knowledge and firmness in the entirety of God’s Word. The Teen Study Guide follows the same ten-year schedule as the Adult Study Guide and Young Adult Study Guide, and teens will learn similar Scripture to them at the same time. The Teen Study Guide contains discussion questions and lesson commentary. The Teen Study Guide also comes in Spanish each quarter.
Bible Basics, is for preschool—6th grade children. It is a topical study with all students learning at their level with help from age specific Bible Basics products. Each quarter of Bible Basics holds a new theme in which every student will learn from creating a unity in children’s Sunday School. Included in the Bible Basics curriculum is the Bible Stories/Learner’s Manual, Teacher Guide, Make & Take, and Visuals. With a teacher-centered approach to the curriculum, Bible Basics provides the teacher with what he or she will need in order to communicate Scripture to students on their level. Learning the basics is important for Children to learn, and the Bible Basics curricula has consistently helped students for over 25 years.
SPLAT (Share, Pray, Learn, Apply, Tell) is for preschool—6th grade children. It is a more chronological study with all students learning at their level with help from age specific SPLAT products. Each quarter holds passages of Scripture in which every student will learn from creating unity in Children’s Sunday School. included in the SPLAT curriculum is the Student Leaflet, Teacher Leaflet, Tell Cards, and Visuals. Bogard Press’ goal is for students to go through these five areas that make up SPLAT each week.
Share– The class shares what they have learned with each other.
Pray– The class spends time talking with God.
Learn– The class spends time learning the Bible lesson.
Apply– The class emphasizes pratical application of God’s Word.
Tell– The class tells others about what they have learned.
Tell Cards are a unique component of SPLAT. They include a lesson memory verse and a specific thing for the student to tell someone about the lesson they learned. Tell Cards are designed for students and parents to look at together as a follow up.
Bogard Press offers Spanish Sunday School material for adults, teens, and children. Bogard Press has a heart for Spanish reading churches to have products they can utilize in learning more about God’s Holy Word. The quarterly Through-The-Bible Adult Study Guide and Through-The-Bible Teen Study Guide both have direct Spanish counterparts that come out each quarter (Guía De Estudio Para ADULTOS, Guía De Estudio Para ADOLESCENTES). The Spanish Children material is only available by download. There are 8 Spanish Children Downloads representing 8 quarters or 2 years’ worth of Spanish Children material (Escuela Dominical NIÑOS 1 er – 8º Trimestre).
Bogard Press ofrece material en español para la escuela dominical dirigido a adultos, adolescentes y niños. Bogard Press tiene como objetivo que las iglesias de habla hispana dispongan de productos que puedan utilizar para profundizar en el conocimiento de la Santa Palabra de Dios. Tanto la guía trimestral de estudio para adultos como la guía de estudio para adolescentes cuentan con sus equivalentes directos en español, que se publican cada trimestre. El material para niños en español solo está disponible para su descarga. Hay 8 descargas para niños en español que abarcan 8 trimestres, es decir, el material para niños en español correspondiente a 2 años.
Children’s Church:
Beyond Basics is an extended session curriculum designed for use during Children’s Church. It was developed to complement the Preschool and Kindergarten Bible Basics Sunday School curriculum. Either curriculum can be used alone, but the two together can successfully be used to direct children in learning one central topic and theme during their time at church. 2–5-year-olds are able to grasp and process more when both are utilized together. Beyond Basics Products include a Directors Guide, a Resource Book, a Devotional Guide, and Visuals. The Resource Book contains reproducible teaching aids for children’s church. The Director’s Guide refers to these resources. The Devotional Guide contains daily devotionals that connect to the Beyond Basics lessons.
SPLASH (Sing, Pray, Learn, Activity, Scripture, Home) is a children’s chapel curriculum for Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten children. Splash helps young students understand God’s Word and prepares them for the routine of Church. SPLASH can accompany the SPLAT Sunday School Curriculum, or it can be used as a stand-alone curriculum. SPLASH products include Teacher Leaflets, Reproducible book, Home Cards, and visuals. Bogard Press’ desire is for students to go through these five areas each week
Sing– The class sings to God.
Pray– The class spends time talking to God.
Learn– The class spends time learning the Bible lesson.
Activity– The class takes on an activity.
Scripture– The class spends time learning Scripture.
Home– The class does activities at home with their families.
The SPLASH Reproducible Book contains coloring pages, mazes, puzzles and so forth. Teachers simply make copies as needed for the size of their class. SPLASH Home Cards can help your church engage in not just children’s ministry but family ministry. The 5.5″ x 8.5″ cards include the lesson memory verse, a student-friendly summary of the Bible account for that day, discussion questions for parents to ask students at home about the lesson, as well as an activity for students and parents to do together.
Bible Foundation Coming in 2028:
Bible Foundation will release in 2028. it will replace SPLAT, SPLASH, Bible Basics, and Beyond Basics. Continuing a long history of over 100 years of producing literature, we are excited to develop material to assist churches in their children’s ministry. Bible education is at the heart of all our publications, and children are an important aspect of our focus. Bible Foundation is designed with ease of use for the teacher and Bible knowledge for the student. It will offer resources for the following age-groups: PreK/Kindergarten, Beginner (1st-2nd Grade), Primary (3rd-4th Grade) and Junior (5th-6th Grade). We are also excited to share that Bible Foundation will offer adaptive resources for churches that have students with special needs.
Here are a few key things about this new literature:
The Junior material will also have a daily devotional book that will reinforce the weekly subject.
Each book will be called a Season and follow the four seasons of the year with a weekly lesson.
Every student using this material will have the same lesson for the day.
An extra lesson will be provided that is topical and will relate to that Season (e.g., Winter Season will have a lesson on the birth of Christ; Spring Season will have a lesson on the Resurrection).
Baptist Discipleship Course (BDS):
Baptist Discipleship Series exist for churches to help create and direct disciples (followers) of Jesus. BDS Material can be used on Sunday or Wednesday evening Bible classes or small group studies. Adult and Teen BDS studies are available and follow the same lesson. All BDS Teen and Adult material is undated which means once produced it is available for customers to be able to purchase it at any time. Adult and Teen BDS are a topical study that cover four main categories, doctrine, foundation, practice. and theology. They do not have a teacher book available.
Children BDS studies are available for Juniors, Primarys, Beginners and Preschoolers. Children BDS is called Building Blocks for Life. Building Blocks for Life will be undated in Winter 2026. Building blocks for Life products include a teacher book, a student book, and visuals.
Bible Challenge and Bible Challenge Jr. :
Bible Challenge Jr. is for 3- to 5-year-old children.
Bible Challenge is divided into four grade levels: 1st—3rd grade, 4th—6th grade, 7th—9th grade and 10th—12th grade.
Bible Challenge (for students in the 1st-12th grade) and Bible Challenge Jr. (for students ages 3 to 5) are Bible-based programs designed for students to learn God’s Word and hide it in their hearts. Through Bible Challenge, students will obtain a good foundation of Biblical knowledge to build upon as they continue to grow and study God’s Word as adults. Bible Challenge highlights study and is an entry point to seeing the benefits of studying the Bible.
Bible Challenge focuses on teaching and challenging students with components such as books of the Bible, Bible fill in the blanks, Bible words. Bible verses, Bible passages, Bible questions, Bible truth, verse search, doctrinal truths, and steps to salvation, It is a great option to include in your churches Sunday or Wednesday evening services for Children and Teens. It can be used as a weekly study or for competitions with other participating churches. At the end of each Bible Challenge year there will be a church, regional, state, and national challenge. Students are encouraged to compete with other churches who have also learned about God’s Word.
Vacation Bible School :
Vacation Bible School (VBS) is the largest endeavor of Bogard Press. It has the biggest range of products compared to all of our other programs and literature. Each years’ VBS is planned years in advance so that we are prepared to serve churches with a theme and material that we are proud of. Bogard Press understands VBS is a great outreach option for the Lords Churches. Children are able to have fun while learning about Jesus and God’s Word as they immerse into the themes of VBS and get to use their creativity and imagination. Bogard produces VBS material for many different age groups so that even adults can have a class at their churches VBS. Material is even produced to make the overall VBS experience great and easier for directors, teachers, and students. VBS Music is carefully crafted dealing directly with the VBS theme and lessons. Each year Bogard sells CD’s and downloadable resources for VBS Music, Videos, and more.
Bogard Press understands that not every Church wants to do a 5 consecutive day VBS. Churches can choose to utilize Bogard Press’ VBS material in whatever duration they desire their VBS to be. The range of Bogard Press VBS products cater to however a Church wants to take on their personal VBS experience.
