Daily Devotional for Friday, July 15 Covenant with the Church Church is declining. Less and less people attend church regularly. As they say, statistics do not lie. It used to be more of a norm for people to attend church. It was just what people did on Sundays. I think that went out with black […]

Daily Devotional for Thursday, July 14 True Purpose of the Law The Law cannot save, so what was its purpose? There are a lot of pages in the Bible that contain the laws of God. Were these just wasted words? Absolutely not! The Old Testament Law provided many good things for the nation of Israel.

Daily Devotional for Wednesday, July 13 Justified by Faith—Not Law Here’s a one-day challenge: keep the Ten Commandments perfectly for one day. No coveting, lying, stealing or lustful thoughts. Daily Devotional for Thursday, July 7 Prayer for His Own Reading the Lord’s Prayer of John 17 has always been a wow passage for me. I understand that Jesus would pray for Peter and John and the rest of the apostles, but for me? But this is exactly what He said in verse 20. This

Daily Devotional for Wednesday, July 6 He Is Able To Keep I am forever losing stuff—my phone, my glasses, the remote, pens, pocketknives. I have spent many hours looking for stuff I have lost. As clichéd as it is—“I would lose my head if it was not attached.” I am so thankful that God is
