Aims:
1. The student will recognize the seriousness of obeying God’s laws.
2. The student will say that the living God deserves his love and obedience.
3. The student will develop a strong loyalty to the one true and living God.
4. The student will speak well of God, holding His name and all things pertaining to the worship of God in high regard.
5. The student will explain why we should spend one day for rest and worship because God is the Lord
of our time.
6. The student will learn that God provides parents to guide them in growing up and protect them from
making unwise decisions.
7. The student will learn to respect the life of every
person.
8. The student will appreciate God’s providing parents who are faithful to each other.
9. The student will learn to respect the property rights of others and at the same time will be willing to share his possessions with those in need.
10. The student will understand that to love God is to love the truth.
11. The student will learn to be content with whatever material possessions he has.
12. The student will compare the Ten Commandments to Jesus’ greatest commands.
13. The student will learn that if he has Christ’s forgiveness, he should stand ready to forgive others.
