Return Policy:
- Customers must report any discrepancies for defective, damaged items or incorrectly shipped orders within 10 business days of delivery date.
- Call or text 800-264-2482 for instructions before returning any product.
- When inquiring about an order, please have your account number or invoice available.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply for all returns.
- Original receipt must accompany returned merchandise in order to be processed.
- Postage is nonrefundable on any returns
Returnable Items:
- Quarterly literature must be returned before the quarter begins. No returns accepted after the quarter begins.
- Bible Challenge returnable materials must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
- Eligible non-literature items have a 30-day return

Repeating Orders:
When you sign up for this option, your quarterly order will automatically be sent to you. This saves you time and guarantees receiving your order before the quarter begins as long as your account is in good standing.
