2023 VBS Seminar Recap

Your help is needed. Volunteer for VBS! 

Vacation Bible School is quickly approaching, and we need all hands on deck. VBS is an immersive experience where typical meeting rooms will be transformed into imaginative locales, inspiring awe and excitement in the hearts of children. VBS is the perfect opportunity for students to learn more about God and be transformed by Jesus. 

What can you do to help?
 
We will need help with the church spaces! 

• Decorations need to be installed, 
• Tables and chairs need to be set up,  
• Buildings need to be cleaned, 
• Drivers need to be directed where to park, and 

• Students and parents need to be welcomed.
  

We will need help with the VBS stations! 

• Crafts need to be prepared, 

• Music and skits need to be rehearsed, 
• Games need to be set up, 
• Snacks need to be served, and 
• Classrooms need to be decorated.
  

We will need help teaching the students! 

• We need a director who will manage the VBS, 
• We need teachers who will pray, prepare and engage with students, 
• We need helpers who will assist the students to help them learn, 

• We need leaders who will oversee each VBS station, and 
• We need church members who will pray for life transformation to take place.
  

Now that you know the needs, there is only one question that remains: How will you volunteer for your church’s VBS this year?
